Sorry for the late answer

Fake news, someone was having fun at Arla's expense  but Arla did bring out a milk and oats drink in 2018:)

Porridge in a bottle!

Is that due to Arla pushing potentially toxic feed additives - or rather enforcing them at behest of tesco and others.
I'm seeing some pushback about this and how to avoid buying products that might be affected on twiX

Yes- Arla shooting itself (and its suppliers) in the foot by announcing feed additive trials which they clearly thought would be a good-news story (smiles all round in the press release, which bizarrely appeared to show someone drawing up an injection:)

They’ve badly misjudged the situation- many competitors have been rushing to say it’s nowt to do with them. Backlash and threats of boycotts of Arla foods on social media.

Now where is Arla’s reverse gear?

Looks to me like they are gifting organic industry another stick to beat with.
This whole concept wants binning they won't stop with this (debatably) 'natural' product.
I see someone else has a miracle product to spread on grass that allegedly does something similar while they are grazing.
They will gradually make it almost compulsory and come up with every more dubious variations.
It will all backfire spectacularly - and cost farms (not buyers or supermarkets) a fortune.
