Has it not always been the 7th? We're monthly and it's always been by the 7th of the month after the month after the month you're claiming for. As in I just submitted March at 9.30 tonight

Anyhoo, I was a teensy bit late last month, but no letter, so assuming no point. If you amass 6 points you win Bully's special prize of (a speedboat
) a fine ☹So I made the effort this month
AND if you submit on time for 6 months in a row (you win a speedboat ) they wipe your points
