Vet said to put the new dog onto a raw food diet. I can handle the minced up stuff but this is a step too far for me!

My youngest brother went to China many years ago for a bicycle competition and he said all they seemed to eat was hens feet
 
Back around 45 years , visiting a local farming couple in their 80's and the husband was eating his dinner. Broth made from a plucked and boiled neck and head of a duck complete with bill, in a bowl of root veg. They'd have known some very hard times and stayed with the no waste policy.
