I'm needing to upgrade/update my printer because of heavier workload commitments, I've currently got an HP 6510 which is good, but seriously slow when now having to cough out 10+ copies of 30 sheets risk assessments at a time.
So can anyone recommend a good fast printer? and does anyone have an experience with the no ink printers or the intelligent ones that send ink direct to your house when it detects the printer is running low?
All advice and recommendations appreciated. :)

I’ve had a Samsung laser printer/copier for several years (I don’t think Samsung make laser printers anymore though). - A laser printer would be the way to go unless you REALLY have to print in colour (also stops people asking to “just print this photo out for me could you?”). It wasn’t that expensive ~£150 ish I think and has paid for itself. Much less faff than inkjets where one colour or other is always running out and then when the printer gets junked you mysteriously still have half a dozen expensive cyan cartridges left over🙄

I’ve got no idea what a no-ink printer is. I’ve stayed away from the ‘send ink’ services (may be more convenient in some respects but you are paying for it). Printers these days are good at giving you regular updates on how much ink is left. I’ve bought generic toner cartridges at a fraction of the genuine cost and they’re fine.

At lot of my paperwork will involve maps being printed with attached colour code symbols, so I definitely need to a colour able printer 👍

It was one of my wifey’s work colleagues who had mentioned it to her, something along the lines of you’re allocated x amount of sheets per month for a cost, but if you go over the preset amount then they hit you with an extra cost 💸

Can't you just press the button 10 times and go to bed, it will be all printed by morning?
I've no idea about printing, the only time I done it I pressed print many times, once Mandy turned the printer on it just spat out page after page
