How well do you eat?

I met Michael Mosley while back, nice man. We worked together making a black pudding out of his own blood. One of his researchers had had one of my black puddings. Cutting down from a gallon of blood to 20cc of his blood and all the rest of the ingredients took a while, but he did mix it and cook it and ate it!
Disappointed not to see you! 😘
 
I'm having porridge/porage for breakfast because it's snowing. Quite surprising that it's coming in at less calories than a bowl of Fruit and Fibre 😲

F&F + milk = 343 kcal
Porridge (50g oats, 1 tsp sugar, milk) 300 kcal.
 
Actually if you are doing manual work, the fibre, the fat content, the starch. protein and the vits are probably pretty good, but the salt content may be a bit high in the sarnie.

I never add salt, just porridge, raisins milk and a banana
 
A porridge sarnie - I dont think it will catch on somehow... ( I would put a sick emoji here, but mine have disappeared).

I only add small amounts of salt if any to any meal, I decided to cut back a few years ago. No salt is added to my sandwich 👍. Sunday tomorrow so kippers it is then 😎
